This document introduces the evaluation of the BET surface area of carbon black (CB) using the BET single-point method. We will measure the BET surface area of carbon black (M11-02) using "BELCAT" (flow method). As a pre-treatment, M11-02 was placed in a sample tube, which was then connected to the connector port on the heater side. After flowing 30% N2/He, the heater was heated to 305°C and maintained for 2 hours, followed by cooling down to room temperature. The results are explained in detail using graphs.
